‘Russia Inspires!’ Submission Deadline Extended to July, 1

Organizing Committee of Russian National Tourism and Travel Competition ‘Russia Inspires!’ announces extension of special program submission deadline to the 1st of July, 2018.  Special program rules and registration details can be found on imff.ru.                      

Russian National Tourism and Travel Competition ‘Russia Inspires!’ will be held for the second time within the frameworks of International Motivational Film and Sport Festival BRIDGE of ARTS. Special program includes competition and non-competition film screenings about tourism and travels produced by Russian and foreign crews not later than in 2016 and aimed at promoting natural, historical and cultural sites of the Russian Federation.

‘Last year experience proved that inclusion of a competition dedicated to Russian tourism was crucial. Russia is abundant not only in a number of beautiful locations but also in films featuring landmarks. We have a lot to show and to be proud of. I am sure that this year the project will attract attention of experts of film and national tourist industries alike’, - Region PR chairman, founder of Russian Event Awards, Russian national award ‘Route of the Year’, Russian national competition-festival ‘Tourist Souvenir’, Russian national competition ‘MediaTour’, ‘Russia Inspires!’ festival general producer Gennady Shatalov commented.

Competition winners will be announced at the Closing Ceremony of BRIDGE of ARTS – 2018. Professional jury will choose the best films in ‘Region’, ‘Landmark’, ‘Event’, ‘Impression’, and ‘Location’ nominations. ‘Besides new nomination categories were established this year ‘Welcome!’  (blogger format, one minute Instagram video; the latter will be assessed by eminent travel journalists of Russia), ‘Commercial Video’ and ‘Russia through the Eyes of Foreigners’.

Russian Travel Guide, popular Russian tourism and travel TV channel, will become informational partner of ‘Russia Inspires!’ competition. The channels representatives will act as jury members and conductors of master classes.
