Organizing Committee of the Motivational Film Festival BRIDGE of ARTS has announced the start of accepting applications from media representatives to cover the events of the forum taking place in Rostov-on-Don and other regional cities on August 24-28.
It was informed that the concept of BRIDGE of ARTS maximum disclosure also concerns interactions with journalists. When working with media it means the creation of comfortable conditions for forum events coverage: a large program of press-conferences, organization of exclusive interviews with festival participants and guests, creation of mobile studio and so on. Like last year, during the festival a 24-hour press center will be operating near its main office where media representatives can always ask for information, a working place in a cool place with high-speed Internet or for the assistance of the volunteers, who are receiving special training now.
This year, travel and accommodation expenses for journalists from other Russian regions and abroad will also be subsidized. A special excursion program is prepared for them to get acquainted with the region. “One of the tasks of BRIDGE of ARTS is to promote our region outside, that’s why we pay special attention to the collaboration with federal and foreign publications. I believe that openness and hospitality of both festival organizers and the Don residents will play a major part in consolidating the positive image of the Rostov region and in encouraging new tourists”, marked festival PR director Alexey Pavlovsky.
International festival BRIDGE of ARTS remains multi-format this year: screening, Business forum of film and media content, sports activities and local events will be held in the southern capital. Two contest programs are announced including full-length and short films from all over the world, along with a special region film program “Rostov inspires!” Within the framework of the Business forum different workshops and pitching will take place.
