On December 9, 2016 in the Government of the Rostov region there took place the interdepartmental meeting on preparation and holding the International Motivational Film Festival BRIDGE of ARTS 2017.
Participants of the meeting heard the report on preparation of actions which will take place under the auspices of BRIDGE of ARTS within next year. Overall 15 events are planned. Also the festival direction provided the preliminary program of the International Motivational Film Festival BRIDGE OF ARTS.
The deputy governor of the Rostov region Igor Guskov supported the idea of holding actions of a cultural and business orientation during 2017 under the auspices of the sociocultural BRIDGE of ARTS brand: "I like this initiative - to transfer the project to an annual format. It is necessary to organize work so that it was effective and mutually advantageous for all concerned parties and became model for implementation of other important infrastructure projects which will be implemented in the territory of the Rostov region".
By results of a meeting, dates are determined and the structure of financing of BRIDGE of ARTS 2017 is previously approved. Next year the film festival will pass in Rostov-on-Don from August 23 to August 27. The main ministries and departments which will be included into coordination council on preparation and carrying out the largest infrastructure sociocultural project in the Rostov region - International Motivational Film Festival BRIDGE OF ARTS are determined. Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Economic Development, Information Policy Department. The Administration of Rostov-on-Don plans to give active support, for this purpose in the city the special working group will be formed.
In 2017 in the Rostov region work on development of event tourism will be carried out. In particular, it is entrusted to create a calendar of events including the largest cultural and business actions of the region. Its promotion costs a separate task.
During 2017 there will take place several meetings of coordination council of BRIDGE of ARTS, the first will take place at the end of January.
