BRIDGE of ARTS festival provides a range of volunteer opportunities for everyone depending on their skills and preferences. Volunteer tasks include stewarding, assistance at mass meetings, the business forum and masterclasses. Volunteers are also welcome to provide support to press, logistics service and the international department. Festival organizers claim that regardless of age and foreign languages proficiency all applicants will be able to find their own field of activity. The most vital candidate attributes are high motivation, sociability and responsibility.
– Our experience has proved that successful large-scale cultural event organization requires active work of about 200 volunteers. The basic volunteer team is already formed but new members are welcome to join in. I want to point out that a number of events has been held during the year under the auspices of the festival and volunteer work is crucial. So our most committed volunteers must be ready to be invited to take part in other projects as well, – BRIDGE of ARTS volunteer coordinator Maria Karasyova said.
Rostov university students have traditionally constituted the biggest part of volunteers. BRIDGE of ARTS 2017 board signed agreements with the largest educational establishments according to which the III International Motivational Film and Sport Festival BRIDGE of ARTS is regarded as a great platform for students’ practical skills development. Cooperation agreement was also reached with 2018 World Cup volunteer center. The festival will provide excellent opportunities for the development of volunteer hospitality skills necessary for the oncoming football event.
